HealthFocus, Atlanta, GA, has been acquired by Irwin Broh & Associates (IB&A), Des Plaines, IL, to become HealthFocus International (HFI), an independent operating division of IB&A. HFI will continue to be based in Atlanta and Linda Gilbert, founder and president, will continue as president.
